Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Gregory Phillips places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Phillips takes Rossis back standing. "Black Suited" isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Phillips lands a sharp shovel punch that forces "Black Suited" to release. Gregory Phillips throws a cross that easily dodged by "Black Suited". Matteo Rossi connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Gregory Phillips narrowly dodges a cross from Matteo, but falls catching him in his guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Gregory Phillips hits an uppercut to the head of Matteo followed by a hard hook. Gregory hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Both fighters begin to exchange Rossi catches Gregory with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Gregory gather himself. Gregory says he is ok and the fight continues. Phillips attempts a lazy shot, which "Black Suited" sprawls, eventually taking Phillips back. Matteo Rossi tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Gregory Phillips starts to wiggle out of back control, "Black Suited" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Matteo Rossi connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Gregory Phillips winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. "Black Suited" throws a cross that easily dodged by Phillips. Matteo Rossi connects with numerous jabs to the face of Gregory Phillips. Phillips throws a kick to the body but is countered by a punching combination from "Black Suited". "Black Suited" goes to grab his opponent in the clinch but is knocked out by a sweeping crescent kick to the head. Fight is stopped.
