Round 1 Mark throws a push kick. Elijah Gagne shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Olsons nose.
Mark Olson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Elijah. Mark works to Elijahs back while standing. Mark throws a couple of outside shots until Gagne is able to work his way back to the clinch. Elijah Gagne drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Mark Olson gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Olson is able to work a leg through from the bottom to attain full guard. Gagne tries to pass guard but Mark stops him with a well timed punch. Elijah Gagne tries to pick up Mark for a powerbomb, but Mark releases his guard and ends up in stand up. Mark lands a quick elbow, cross that floors Elijah Gagne. Elijah Gagne connects with a jab cross combination. Mark Olson throws a few jabs at Elijah that miss the mark. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 A welt begins to form under Marks eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Elijah Gagne. Olson connects with a series of punches forcing Elijah into a clinch. Mark takes Gagnes back standing. Mark lands a couple of uppercuts from behind. Gagne is able to work his way back around. "Brock" works Olson into the cage from the clinch. "Brock" presses his head under Mark Olsons chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Gagne takes the back of Olson who works for a kimura. Gagne pulls his arm out of the hold and push Olson away. Olson hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Elijah. "Brock" throws a few jabs at Mark Olson that miss the mark. Mark hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Gagne connects with a hard punch making Mark bring him in to a tight clinch. Gagne works to Mark Olsons back while standing. Gagne throws a couple of outside shots until Mark Olson is able to work his way back to the clinch. Elijah takes the back of Olson who works for a kimura. Elijah pulls his arm out of the hold and push Olson away. "Brock" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Elijah connects with a jab cross combination. Gagne connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Mark Olson. A shot attempt from Olson is sidestepped by Gagne who counters with a hard spear of his own. Gagne throws an outside hook that lands flush allowing him to stand up to tower over Olson. Elijah Gagne kicks at the legs of Olson and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Olson to stand. The round comes to an end.
