Round 1 Rene Bambach connects with a strong right hook. "Dreamweaver" connects with a hard punch making Todd bring him in to a tight clinch. Rene Bambach places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "Dreamweaver" lands some solid knees to the legs of Wayne from the clinch. Rene takes Todds back standing. Wayne Todd isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Rene lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Wayne Todd to release. Wayne Todd winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. "Dreamweaver" connects with a strong right hook. Rene Bambach pushes away from Wayne Todd and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Wayne ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Rene Bambach to the mat, and his back. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Bambach is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Wayne Todd prepares to pounce, but Bambach gets his bearings just in time. Wayne stands over Bambach, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Bambach is able to grab an arm and pull Wayne into his guard. Rene Bambach shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. "Dreamweaver" attempts to create some space from his guard, but Todd sees the opening and passes to full mount. Rene Bambach attempts to buck Wayne off from mount but Wayne keeps his base and maintains position. Rene gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Todd begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Rene rolls to being mounted instead. Wayne Todd executes a double hand slap to the ears of "Dreamweaver". Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Wayne Todd parries "Dreamweavers" jab and connect with a cross. Rene narrowly dodges a cross from Wayne, but falls catching him in his guard. Todd rains down hammer fists. Wayne Todd pushes down "Dreamweavers" leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Todd tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Todd drops an elbow onto the forehead of Rene. Wayne slips out of half guard and into side control. The round comes to an end.
