Jose Montenegro throws a couple of outside shots until Gutter is able to work his way back to the clinch. The ref breaks the action as Jose is too inactive holding "St St St Stutter " in the clinch. The action is restarted with the fighters separated. "St St St Stutter " throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Jose is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Jose fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "St St St Stutter ". Two short elbows from the clinch put Gutter off balance. Jose holds him up, landing two more quick elbows. Gutter Rebello hits a hard spinning back kick to the body. "St St St Stutter " shuffles away from Montenegros strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Jose backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Jose circles to the right. Rebello hits a hard spinning back kick to the body. Gutter connects with numerous jabs to the face of Jose. "St St St Stutter " tries to hyperextend the knee of Montenegro with a kick to the kneecap. Montenegro hops back to avoid it. Jose Montenegro is staggered by a jab to the chin. "St St St Stutter " just misses with a head kick, grazing Montenegros skull. Round 3 comes to a close.
