Round 1
Bousaid throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Chuck Ingram. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ingram works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Madni is defended well by Chuck Ingram. Madni grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Madni returns to the clinch. Chuck takes Bousaids back standing. Madni Bousaid isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Chuck lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Madni Bousaid to release. Both fighters begin to exchange Chuck catches Madni Bousaid with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Madni Bousaid gather himself. Madni Bousaid says he is ok and the fight continues. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Ingram is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Ingram can continue. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Madni Bousaid connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Chuck who falls to the ground. Madni Bousaid waves him back to his feet. "The Chin Collector" fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Chuck quickly takes his back. Ingram lands a series of heavy punches forcing Madni Bousaid to roll to his back, giving Ingram mount. Madni attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Ingram punishes Bousaid with a series of strikes from the mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Madni Bousaid parries Chucks jab and connect with a cross. Chuck lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Madni. Madni Bousaid connects with a teep to the face of Ingram. Chuck Ingram snaps back the head of Bousaid with a stiff jab. Chuck Ingram is staggered by a jab to the chin. After dodging a jab, Madni Bousaid lands a kick to the liver of Chuck Ingram who steps back only to take a knee. Madni Bousaid rushes forward to capitalize but Chuck Ingram falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Round 3 is finished.

Round 4
Chuck Ingram snaps back the head of "The Chin Collector" with a stiff jab. "The Chin Collector" pushes away from Ingram and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Chuck executes a single leg giving him the back of "The Chin Collector". Chuck peppers Madni Bousaid with several shots to the face. Madni starts to wiggle out of back control, Ingram lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Chuck Ingram connects with a strong right hook. Both fighters begin to exchange Chuck Ingram catches Madni Bousaid with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Madni Bousaid gather himself. Madni Bousaid says he is ok and the fight continues. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
Bousaid pushes away from Chuck Ingram and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Bousaid parries Chuck Ingrams jab and connect with a cross. "The Chin Collector" catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Chuck. Madni lays into Chucks thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Chuck does so. Chuck Ingram attempts a takedown but slips, and Madni backs away. Madni is standing over Chuck Ingram. A solid kick bruises the leg of Chuck Ingram. Bousaid grabs a foot and kicks at Chucks thighs. He then backs off and Ingram stands back up. Bousaid hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Ingram wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Bousaid. The bell signals the end of round 5.
