Round 1 Heng Fu hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of "Hulk". "Hulk" narrowly dodges a cross from "Harakiri", but falls catching him in his guard. Heng Fu tries to pass guard but Hogan stops him with a well timed punch. Two large hammerfists forces "Hulk" to attempt to shift away from Heng which give Heng the opportunity to move to half guard. Fu drops an elbow onto the forehead of Joey Hogan. "Harakiri" tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Heng wraps the arm of Joey behind his back and traps it. Heng pounds away with shots to the face. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 "Harakiri" catches a leg kick from "Hulk", and puts him on the mat. A kimura attempt is defended well by Heng Fu and he is able to sneak his leg through Joey Hogans loose guard, to half guard. "Hulk" tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. "Harakiri" slips out of half guard and into side control. Fu wraps the arm of Hogan behind his back and traps it. Fu pounds away with shots to the face. Heng drops some hammer fists on Joey Hogan. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Hogan lands a stiff jab and inside-leg kick. Hogan lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Heng Fu connects with jab cross combination. Hogan just misses with a head kick, grazing "Harakiris" skull. "Hulk" hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Heng Fu tries to hyperextend the knee of Joey Hogan with a kick to the kneecap. Joey Hogan hops back to avoid it. Hogan throws a powerful cross that hits right on the button, putting "Harakiri" down.
