Round 1 Jay winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ernest Smith works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Jay Kim connects a few knees to the upper torso of "Nipple Top". "Kumite" grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs "Nipple Top". Kim connects with a hard punch making Ernest Smith bring him in to a tight clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Ernest dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with "Kumite" standing over him. Smith thrusts his leg into Jays knee while grounded. Jay Kim lays into Ernests thighs with some well timed kicks while "Nipple Top" is grounded. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Jay takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Jay Kim does a good job to circle away from Smith but becomes too predictable and Smith lands a switch kick to Kims ribs. Jay Kim lands multiple inside leg kicks that have "Nipple Top" circling away. "Nipple Top" connects with a hard jab as "Kumite" attempts a wide outside hook. Kim circles Ernest Smith, mixing jabs with body shots. Jay is met with a hook cross combo that staggers him. "Nipple Top" explodes with a flurry of punches. Jay is then thrown to the floor. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Ernest is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Ernest Smith circles Jay Kim, landing jabs at will. Ernest lands a stiff jab and inside-leg kick. Ernest blocks a strong high kick from Kim and counters with a devastating left hook. Ernest strikes with a straight front kick. Ernest lands a hook to the body. Jay Kim takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. "Kumite" parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Ernest Smith peppers Kim with a flurry of punches that cannot be kept up with. Ernest Smith dodges a jab and lands a kick to the face of Kim. The bell signals the end of round 3.
