Round 1
Javito Guzman parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. De Villiers lands a stiff jab and inside-leg kick. Gesrel De Villiers connects with a right that puts "Assault Rifle" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Gesrel De Villiers towers over him. Gesrel De Villiers lays into Guzmans thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Javito Guzman does so. De Villiers and "Assault Rifle" begin to trade strikes. "Assault Rifle" lands a jab, cross. De Villiers connects with a body shot followed by a hook. De Villiers gains a muay-thai clinch and lands some hard hooks. He then pulls Guzmans head to a strong knee strike, knocking him to the floor. "Assault Rifle" thrusts his leg into Gesrels knee while grounded. De Villiers cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Javito back to his feet. "PePe Le Un" circles Javito, landing jabs and crosses at will. A welt begins to form under Guzmans eye after a strong cross-hook landed from De Villiers. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Javito Guzman receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Gesrel. Gesrel fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Javito up for a flurry of hooks. Gesrel De Villiers shuffles away from "Assault Rifles" strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Javito backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. "Assault Rifle" is struck by some looping punches and kicks and goes for the clinch to shorten the distance. De Villiers welcomes the clinch landing a lead knee and a powerful elbow. Then pushes "Assault Rifle" back to striking distance. De Villiers pushes away from Guzman and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. "PePe Le Un" parries Javitos jab and lands a hook that floors Javito. De Villiers stands over Javito Guzman, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Javito Guzman cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Javito Guzman connects with a series of punches forcing De Villiers into a clinch. Guzman works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Javito Guzman takes the back of Gesrel who works for a kimura. Javito Guzman pulls his arm out of the hold and push Gesrel away. Gesrel De Villiers connects with jab cross combination. Javito is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Gesrel. Javito Guzman throws a combination of punches ducking and feinting return shots. Javito Guzman smiling with his hands down as he shuffles in and out. Round 3 is finished.
