Round 1
Luke throws a cross that easily dodged by Owen Myers. Luke Rothwell connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Owen Myers ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Luke to the mat, and his back. "Old evil eye" peppers Luke with several shots to the face. Luke is able to make it back to the standing position. "Old evil eye" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Luke Rothwell is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "Old evil eye" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Rothwell. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
"Old evil eye" connects with a hard punch making Rothwell bring him in to a tight clinch. Owen places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Owen takes the back of Luke Rothwell who works for a kimura. Owen pulls his arm out of the hold and push Luke Rothwell away. Owen Myers takes Luke Rothwell down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Luke Rothwell. Myers attempts to drop a fist on Luke Rothwell, but misses and lands in his guard. "Old evil eye" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Lukes guard. It doesn't pay off as Luke makes his way to standing. A trip to the ground allows Owen Myers to move into the guard of Rothwell. Luke connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Rothwell attempts an armbar. Owen Myers time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Luke Rothwells guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Owen Myers lands a double jab. Owen Myers throws a few jabs at Luke that miss the mark. Owen Myers fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Luke. Owen Myers recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. "Old evil eye" plows through Luke Rothwell with a driving double leg takedown. Owen sits up in Luke Rothwells open guard and spins to an leg lock. Luke Rothwell is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Luke shoots a takedown from a distance putting "Old evil eye" on the ground. Owen powers out sweeping Luke Rothwell with pure strength. Owen is now in side control. "Old evil eye" lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Luke Rothwell gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The bell signals the end of round 3.
