Round 1 A left high kick from Austin keeps Maks Brusilov at bay. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Hayes throws a solid knee to the jaw of Maks. Hayes grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts Maks Brusilov under the eye. Austin Hayes breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Austin fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Maks. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. A full foot sweep knocks Maks to the ground. As Brusilov attempts to keep Hayes in front of him, Hayes grabs Maks Brusilovs ankle and viciously lays into his thigh with multiple kicks. Austin Hayes dances around Makss legs and throws a hard kick to the body. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Hayes lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Brusilov circling away. Maks attempts to press in on Austin but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. A welt begins to form under Brusilovs eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Austin Hayes. Hayes connects with a hard punch making Maks bring him in to a tight clinch. Austin Hayes connects a few knees to the upper torso of Brusilov. A strong elbow forces Brusilov to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Hayes drops a huge strike to Makss chin, landing into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Austin Hayes is staggered by a jab to the chin. Austin Hayes lands a solid kick to the front leg of Maks. Brusilov unleashes a flurry of punches on Hayes. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Maks Brusilov attempts a jab but is countered by a hard left leg kick to the knee and is instantly followed by a picture perfect right hand from Austin that knocks him to the ground.Round 3 comes to a close.
