Round 1 Verdecia throws a cross that easily dodged by Perry. "NP" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Rodri is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Jared Perry attempts a jab but is countered by a hard left leg kick to the knee and is instantly followed by a picture perfect right hand from Verdecia that knocks him to the ground. Verdecia cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Perry back to his feet. Jared Perry is hit with a jab then hook to the body and stumbles backward. Rodri Verdecia explodes forward with a push kick that puts Jared Perry on the canvas. Jared Perry thrusts his leg into "saves" knee while grounded. Verdecia lays into Jared Perrys thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. "NP" does so. Verdecia connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Jared Perry who falls to the ground. Verdecia waves him back to his feet. Perry attempts to clinch, but "save" connects with an uppercut to the jaw. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Rodri attempts a striking combination, but "NP" forces the clinch. A hip toss puts Rodri Verdecia under Jared Perrys side control. Verdecia takes a few knees to the body while under Perrys side control. Verdecia is wisely defending a kimura. Jared attempts to take it but Verdecia is having none of it, though Jared has used the chance the slide into mount. "save" lands a good elbow as Jared lowers his torso. Jared slams a 12 to 6 elbow down to the face of "save". "save" goes limp and the referee stops the fight.
