Round 1 Cameron Barnes connects with a hard jab as "Belarus" attempts a wide outside hook. Hida parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Barnes follows with a falling punch into Takumi Hidas guard. Hida works to the butterfly guard. Cameron Barnes tries to throw a punch but is off balance and Hida shoots up to a standing position. Round 2 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Barnes stalks Takumi Hida looking to unload with power shots. Cameron slips a cross from Takumi and lands jab cross to the body. Barnes winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. A wild hook from "Belarus" is ducked by Cameron who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Cameron Barnes lands a looping hook to Takumi Hidas temple, backing him off. Cameron Barnes follows with a lead-leg kick that buckles Hida the ground. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Barnes connects with a hard punch making Hida bring him in to a tight clinch. Takumi works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Takumi Hida takes the back of Cameron who works for a kimura. Takumi Hida pulls his arm out of the hold and push Cameron away. Cameron Barnes is hit with two hard punches to his face. Cameron Barnes laughs off the punches. Cameron connects with a hard jab as "Belarus" attempts a wide outside hook. Both fighters begin to exchange "Belarus" catches Barnes with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Barnes gather himself. Barnes says he is ok and the fight continues. Barnes is staggered by a jab to the chin.
