Round 1
Karl Keeney lands a Bencao push kick to the midsection of "No 6" forcing him to back away and circle. Karl connects with a hard punch making Devin McCarthy bring him in to a tight clinch. Karl Keeney works "No 6" into the cage from the clinch. Karl Keeney presses his head under Devin McCarthys chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Keeney works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Karl Keeney takes "No 6s" back standing. Devin isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Karl Keeney lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Devin to release. A welt begins to form under "No 6s" eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Karl Keeney. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Devin McCarthy hits an uppercut to the head of Karl Keeney followed by a hard hook. "No 6" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Keeney gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
"No 6" lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Karl. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Karl throws a cross that easily dodged by "No 6". Devin hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. "No 6" connects with a jab cross combination. A trip to the ground allows Devin to move into the guard of Karl. Round 3 is over.
