Round 1
Consu Cortez connects with a hard jab as Heath attempts a wide outside hook. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Heath drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Consu Cortez sets a guillotine choke but Heath slips out at the last moment. Heath is now caught in guard. Consu backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Heath takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Heath Mitchell throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Consu is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Consu Cortez unleashes several furious punches at Heath. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Heath Mitchell continually moves away from Cortez, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Heath Mitchell drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. "No 12 conditioner" sets a guillotine choke but Heath Mitchell slips out at the last moment. Heath Mitchell is now caught in guard. Cortez attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Consu connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Heath. Cortez lands a double jab. Mitchells legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Heath Mitchell parries Cortezs jab and connect with a cross. Consu throws a cross that easily dodged by Heath Mitchell. "No 12 conditioner" grabs for a clinch but Heath grazes him with an uppercut. "No 12 conditioner" staggers back, then surprises Heath with a powerful superman punch. A jab from Mitchell is blocked and a cross is returned by "No 12 conditioner". Cortez connects with a strong body shot combo. Heath Mitchell snaps back the head of Consu Cortez with a stiff jab. Round 3 comes to a close.
