Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Rungsan Jujek takes the back of Matthew who works for a kimura. Rungsan Jujek pulls his arm out of the hold and push Matthew away. "no 4 meh" connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Rungsan Jujek who falls to the ground. "no 4 meh" waves him back to his feet. Rungsan loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Vaughn for the mistake. Vaughn has side control. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Rungsan Jujek steps back and to the side then forward throwing and landing a big body kick. Rungsan Jujek follows it up with a straight right while moving backwards. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Vaughn connects with a strong body shot combo. Jujek connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Rungsan connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Rungsan Jujek shifts in a quick double move to the right and lands a straight left to the head of "no 4 meh". The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Vaughn connects with a strong body shot combo. A welt begins to form under "no 4 mehs" eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Rungsan Jujek. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Jujek light on his feet feints in and out showing different angles finally commits to thrust kick to the body followed by a hard head kick that is blocked. Round 3 is finished.
