Round 1 Nevin feints and follows up with a hard crossto the head of Julio. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Leon drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Bob Nevin sets a guillotine choke but Leon slips out at the last moment. Leon is now caught in guard. Nevin backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Bob takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Nevin hits an uppercut to the head of "no 9" followed by a hard hook. Julio throws a hard jab but Bob throws a cross right over the top that knocks out Julio.
