Round 1 "no 8" ducks a punch and snatches a tight Muay Thai clinch delivering a ruthless knee to the chest followed by a slicing uppercut across the head of Blazevic. Fran Blazevic fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Alonso. Fran is in the clinch with "no 8", and changes levels for a beautiful double leg takedown. Jon backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Jon Alonso connects with a hard punch making Blazevic bring him in to a tight clinch. A full foot sweep knocks Fran Blazevic to the ground. Jon Alonso dances around Frans legs and lands a powerful soccer kick to the head. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Fran Blazevic is leading with his head during his combos and Alonso makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. Fran Blazevic shakes it off as he steps back. The fighters circle each other. Fran Blazevic attempts to press in on Jon but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Fran throws a push kick. Jon shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Frans nose.

Round 3 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Fran circles "no 8", mixing jabs and leg kicks. Jon throws a few jabs at Fran Blazevic that miss the mark. Jon Alonso locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Blazevic. Alonso lands a powerful knee to the face of Blazevic. A full foot sweep knocks Fran Blazevic to the ground. Alonso drops a powerful fist onto Fran Blazevic. Fran Blazevics eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
