Round 1
Earl Henderson snaps back the head of "Drunken Bastard" with a stiff jab. Earl throws a hard jab but Reinhold throws a cross right over the top rocking Earl. Reinhold is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Henderson. The fighters circle each other. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Earl Henderson connects with a jab cross combination. "Drunken Bastard" is leading with his head during his combos and Henderson makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. "Drunken Bastard" shakes it off as he steps back. "Drunken Bastard" throws a kick to the midsection of Earl. Earl is staggered by a jab to the chin. Earl Henderson unleashes a flurry of punches on Kit Reinhold. Kit parries Earls jab and connect with a cross. Kit lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Henderson. Earl Henderson hits an uppercut to the head of Reinhold followed by a hard hook. Kit Reinhold attempts to press in on Earl Henderson but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Henderson connects with numerous jabs to the face of Reinhold. Henderson connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Earl Henderson connects with a right that puts "Drunken Bastard" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Earl Henderson towers over him. Henderson hovers over Kit pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Kit sends a hard up kick that rocks Henderson. Kit stands back up. Earl connects with a right that puts Kit Reinhold off balance tumbling to the mat, as Earl towers over him. Earl stands over Kit, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Kit cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Henderson cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings "Drunken Bastard" back to his feet. Henderson presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling Reinhold to the mat. Henderson stands back and waves Reinhold up. Kit attempts to press in on Henderson but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
