Bulgakov drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Genevieve sets a guillotine choke but Bulgakov slips out at the last moment. Bulgakov is now caught in guard. Duncanson attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. A jab from Anna Bulgakov is blocked and a cross is returned by Duncanson. Genevieve Duncanson is cornered by Anna Bulgakov who tries to press the action. Genevieve Duncanson is able to block well and circles away from Anna Bulgakov, delivering a chopping leg kick and a grazing cross as she does so. Genevieve lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. The bell signals the end of round 3.
