Round 1 Guillermo ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Guillermo connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Craig connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Craig connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Guillermo Garza who falls to the ground. Craig waves him back to his feet. Dean keeps Guillermo Garza at a distance with some well timed jabs. Dean parries Guillermos jab and lands a hook that floors Guillermo Garza. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Guillermo Garza narrowly dodges a cross from Dean, but falls catching him in his guard. Craig keeps his head down in the chest of Guillermo Garza to avoid any submission attempts. Craig leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Dean takes advantage of a mental laps from Garza and moves into full mount. Garza gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Guillermo carefully protects himself from Craigs strikes. Guillermo Garza starts to wiggle out of back control, Dean lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Craig connects with a hard punch making Guillermo bring him in to a tight clinch. Guillermo attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Craig. Craig fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Garza up for a flurry of hooks. Guillermo Garza is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Craig Dean prepares to pounce, but Guillermo Garza gets his bearings just in time. Dean kicks at the legs of Garza and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Garza to stand. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Garza throws a push kick. Dean shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Guillermo Garzas nose.
Craig Dean connects with a teep to the face of Guillermo Garza. Craig Dean narrowly dodges a cross from Guillermo Garza, but falls catching him in his guard. Craig Dean connects with several chop shots from the bottom. Dean backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing.
