Round 1 "Late Bloomer" feints a takedown attempt and connects with a left hook dropping Vazquez. "Late Bloomer" dives into guard. Vazquez gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. "Late Bloomer" is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Gabe Carter secures his position. Pepito gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Pepito tries to stand up but Gabe Carter plants him back down with several strikes. Pepito Vazquez tries to escape out the back but Gabe locks a crucifix, rolling Pepito Vazquez to his back. Pepito Vazquez is unable to defend against Gabes elbow strikes from the crucifix and he is knocked out cold.
