Round 1 Kombani throws a cross that easily dodged by Oliviera. Alberto narrowly dodges a cross from Kombani, but falls catching him in his guard. Alberto lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Alberto works to the butterfly guard. Seghen tries to throw a punch but is off balance and Alberto shoots up to a standing position. Seghen connects with a jab cross combination. A trip to the ground allows Seghen Kombani to move into the guard of Alberto. Alberto Oliviera sets in an omaplata, forcing Kombani to roll through, giving Alberto Oliviera side control. Seghen sweeps over Alberto Oliviera and quickly obtains mount position. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Alberto is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Alberto can continue. Seghen sends Alberto to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Alberto Oliviera moves to half guard then is able to grab a butterfly guard, eventually working to standing. Kombani connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Seghen Kombani connects with a hard punch making Alberto bring him in to a tight clinch. Kombani grabs the plum and tosses Alberto Oliviera to the ground. From the ground Alberto Oliviera hooks the leg of standing Seghen and trips him backwards to the ground. Alberto Oliviera quickly goes into the guard of Seghen. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Alberto dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Seghen connects with a hard punch making Oliviera bring him in to a tight clinch. Kombani drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Alberto attempts to create some space from his guard, but Kombani sees the opening and passes to full mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
