Round 1 Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Bento Aranha wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Rhee. "The Pirahna" slides his knee across the body of Rhee and takes full mount. "The Pirahna" secures his position. Bento Aranha telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Ho gives up his back to stop the attempt. Ho carefully protects himself from Bento Aranhas strikes. Aranha works his arm around the neck of Ho Rhee attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Ho Rhee hand fights well. Ho Rhee spins through into the guard of Aranha. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Ho catches a leg kick from Aranha, and puts him on the mat. Rhee presses the action while in the guard, but Bento is able to switch him into mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Rhee parries Bento Aranhas jab and connect with a cross. Bento presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Ho Rhee, aggressively pulling guard. Aranha slides his body to the side and pushes out of guard. Rhee grabs a guillotine hold and forces Aranha back down gaining side control. Ho Rhee traps the near arm and begins to set a kimura on the opposing arm. Aranha is unable to defend and its sunk deep. He eventually taps.
