Round 1
"jericho" tries to find his distance but Phillips is able to land two looping hooks that stun "jericho", who warily backs away. Phillips ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Austin to the mat, and his back. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
"jericho" ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Lee lands a hook to the body. Phillips connects with a hard punch making Austin bring him in to a tight clinch. While tied up, Austin Smith is met with a hard uppercut. Lee parries Austin Smiths jab and connect with a cross that floors Austin Smith. Lee drops a huge strike to Austin Smiths chin, landing into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Phillips connects with a strong right hook. Lee Phillips connects with jab cross combination. A welt begins to form under Smiths eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Lee. After dodging a jab-cross, Lee lands a kick to the liver of Austin Smith who steps back and begins to take a knee. Lee rushes forward to capitalize but Austin Smith stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Lee Phillips throws huge bombs that catch nothing but air. Austin is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Round 3 comes to a close.
