Round 1

Stanislov Fomin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. "wooden face" takes a punch and goes to the mat, "The Russian" pounces into side control. "wooden face" recovers quickly. Fomin slides his knee across the body of Phillips and takes full mount. "wooden face" bucks off Stanislov and both fighters get to their feet. Fomin hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Stanislov keeps Phillips at a distance with some well timed jabs. Phillips lands a looping hook to Fomins temple, backing him off. Phillips follows with a lead-leg kick that buckles "The Russian" the ground. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
