Round 1 Hussein stuffs a shot from Denvon and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Hussein Hamadani frees a leg and moves into half guard. Hamadani is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Denvon Nzama attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Hamadani telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Nzama gives up his back to stop the attempt. Hamadani tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can\'t quite finish it. Hamadani lands a series of heavy punches forcing Denvon Nzama to roll to his back, giving Hamadani mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Denvon Nzama parries Husseins jab and connect with a cross. Denvon Nzama connects with a series of punches forcing Hussein into a clinch. Hussein works to Denvons back while standing. Hussein throws a couple of outside shots until Denvon Nzama is able to work his way back to the clinch. Denvon Nzama receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Hussein. Denvon attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Hussein Hamadani pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Nzama is staggered by a jab to the chin. A welt begins to form under Nzamas eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Hussein. Hussein Hamadani hits an uppercut to the head of Nzama followed by a hard hook. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Nzama pushes Hussein into the cage. Nzama illegally grabs the cage for leverage but the referee doesn't see it. Denvon Nzama breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Hussein Hamadani winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Denvon fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Hamadani. Hussein is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Hussein works to Denvon Nzamas back while standing. Hussein throws a couple of outside shots until Denvon Nzama is able to work his way back to the clinch. Hussein Hamadani and Denvon Nzama begin to trade strike after strike. Denvon Nzama lands a cross, Hussein Hamadanis connects with an uppercut. Both fighters are swinging away. Denvon Nzama suddenly connects with an devastating uppercut that puts Hussein Hamadani to sleep.
