Round 1 Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Lah shoots a takedown from a distance putting Nangamso on the ground. Lah drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Chamane is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Kalu transitions to half guard. Lah Kalu is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Nangamso Chamane gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Nangamso starts to wiggle out of back control, Lah Kalu lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Nangamso connects with a strong body shot combo. Kalu takes a punch and goes to the mat, Nangamso pounces into side control. Kalu recovers quickly. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 A trip to the ground allows Chamane to move into the guard of Kalu. Lah is cut under his eye by a hard overhand from Nangamso while utilizing the guard. Kalu attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Nangamso connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Kalu tries to hyperextend the knee of Nangamso Chamane with a kick to the kneecap. Nangamso Chamane hops back to avoid it. Lah Kalu takes a punch and goes to the mat, Nangamso Chamane pounces into side control. Lah Kalu recovers quickly. Chamane throws his knee into the ribs of Kalu. Lah Kalu takes a few knees to the body while under Nangamso Chamanes side control. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Nangamso Chamane circles Lah, landing jabs and crosses at will. Lah Kalu connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Nangamso hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Lah. A shot catches Lah Kalu off balance and off guard. Nangamso spears him and attains half guard. Round 3 is finished.
