Round 1
Pera circles Aranha, landing jabs at will. Joao Aranha connects with a strong right hook. Joao Aranha connects with a series of punches forcing Acelino into a clinch. Acelino Pera breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. After dodging a jab, Acelino Pera lands a kick to the liver of Joao who steps back only to take a knee. Acelino Pera rushes forward to capitalize but Joao falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. As Aranha attempts to keep "Scotty Belly" in front of him, "Scotty Belly" grabs Joao Aranhas ankle and viciously lays into his thigh with multiple kicks. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
"Piranha" lands a outside leg kick that causes Acelino to back up. Joao weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Joao keeps "Scotty Belly" at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Piranha" lands a hook to the body. "Scotty Belly" moves in to press the action, but Aranha lands a heavy back kick. Joao Aranha circles Acelino, landing jabs and crosses at will. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
"Piranha" parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. "Scotty Belly" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Acelino Pera carefully protects himself from Joao Aranhas strikes. Pera slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. "Piranha" moves in to press the action, but Acelino Pera lands a heavy back kick. Joao is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Joao can continue. Aranha is struck by a ball kick from Pera that causes him to stumble backwards. The bell signals the end of round 3.
