Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Julio Guzman receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Angus King. Julio Guzman recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. "Golden Boy" presses forward and grazes "Rasta" with a combo. "Rasta" wants none of the stand up and clinches with "Golden Boy" to then savagely throw him down to the ground. King drops a huge strike to "Golden Boys" chin, landing into his guard. King takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Julio Guzmans guard. It doesn't pay off as Guzman makes his way to standing. Guzman narrowly dodges a cross from "Rasta", but falls catching him in his guard. "Golden Boy" attempts an armbar. King time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into "Golden Boys" guard. "Rasta" presses the action while in the guard, but Guzman is able to switch him into mount. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 King throws a cross that easily dodged by Julio. Angus King connects with a strong right hook. Julio Guzman circles "Rasta", mixing jabs and leg kicks. Julio fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Angus King. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Guzman takes down "Rasta", but remains standing over him. Julio drops a huge strike to Anguss chin, landing into his guard. Julio attempts to pass Anguss guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. Angus gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Julio Guzman tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. "Rasta" tripods up, causing "Golden Boy" to fall forward. A scramble ensues and "Rasta" is able to take half guard.Round 3 comes to a close.
