Round 1 Denny grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Stevenson. Kurt is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Kurt attempts a striking combination, but Denny forces the clinch. "Mad Man" recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Kurt Stevenson is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Denny explodes forward with a push kick that puts Kurt Stevenson on the canvas. Denny drops a huge strike to Kurt Stevensons chin, landing into his guard. Denny forces Kurts leg down, giving him the chance to pass into side control. Young throws his knee into the ribs of Kurt. Kurt tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 The fighters circle each other. Stevenson narrowly dodges a cross from Denny, but falls catching him in his guard. Kurt shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. "Mad Man" gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. "Mad Man" tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Denny slips out of half guard and into side control. "Mad Man" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Mad Man" starts to wiggle out of back control, "Chuck Norris" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "Mad Man" parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Denny weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. Denny Young attempts to clinch, but Kurt Stevenson connects with an uppercut to the jaw. A looping right hook from "Mad Man" sends Denny Young to the mat. Kurt Stevenson lays into Youngs thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Denny does so. Denny Young is hit with a jab then hook to the body and stumbles backward. Kurt explodes forward with a push kick that puts Denny Young on the canvas. "Mad Man" dances around Youngs legs and lands a powerful soccer kick to the head. "Mad Man" lays into "Chuck Norriss" thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Young does so. Stevenson dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Denny Young. Stevenson ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Denny Young to the mat, and his back. The round comes to an end.
