Round 1 Cory Cox weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. "Rapezilla" fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Cory. Fumio connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Cox is dazed on the mat. Fumio lays into Corys thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Cory does so. Cory Cox lands a devastating overhand right on "Rapezilla". Okura connects with a series of punches forcing Cory Cox into a clinch. Okura receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Cox. Fumio Okura and Cox begin to trade strike after strike. Cox lands a cross, Fumio Okura connects with an uppercut. Both fighters are swinging away. Fumio Okura suddenly connects with a hook that puts Cox to sleep.
