Round 1 Griffin parries Gutter Cloutiers jab and connect with a cross. Cloutier lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Griffin parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Cloutier unleashes a flurry of punches on Dexter Griffin. Gutter takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Cloutier gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 The fighters circle each other. Dexter Griffin circles Cloutier, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Dexter ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Gutter Cloutier to the mat, and his back. Griffin lands a series of heavy punches forcing Cloutier to roll to his back, giving Griffin mount. Gutter attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Gutter gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Gutter is defended well by Dexter Griffin. Gutter grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Gutter returns to the clinch. Cloutier grabs the plum and pulls Dexter Griffins face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Cloutier lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Cloutier circles Griffin, mixing jabs with body shots. Gutter Cloutier lands a hook to the body. Dexter connects with a strong right hook. Cloutier parries Dexters jab and lands a liver shot that buckles Dexter. Dexter rolls to his back with Cloutier standing over him. Gutter attempts to drop a fist on Griffin, but misses and lands in his guard.Round 3 comes to a close.
