Round 1
Nakahara circles "The Real Deal", mixing jabs and leg kicks. Kichiro grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Bailey. After dodging a jab, Nakahara lands a kick to the liver of Matthew Bailey who steps back only to take a knee. Nakahara rushes forward to capitalize but Matthew Bailey falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. "The Devil" lays into Matthew Baileys thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Matthew Bailey does so. Matthew Bailey is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. A solid kick bruises the leg of Bailey. "The Devil" cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Bailey back to his feet. After dodging a jab-cross, Kichiro Nakahara lands a kick to the liver of Matthew who steps back and begins to take a knee. Kichiro Nakahara rushes forward to capitalize but Matthew stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Matthew lands a double jab.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Kichiro Nakahara circles Matthew Bailey, mixing jabs and leg kicks. "The Devil" is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines "The Devil" can continue. After dodging a jab, "The Devil" lands a kick to the liver of "The Real Deal" who steps back only to take a knee. "The Devil" rushes forward to capitalize but "The Real Deal" falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Kichiro kicks at the legs of Matthew Bailey and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Matthew Bailey to stand. A looping right hook from "The Devil" sends Matthew Bailey to the mat. "The Real Deal" thrusts his leg into Nakaharas knee while grounded. Kichiro Nakahara grabs a foot and kicks at Matthews thighs. He then backs off and Bailey stands back up. "The Devil" parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Kichiro buckles Matthew with a kick. Kichiro rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Matthew is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Kichiro snaps back the head of Matthew with a stiff jab. "The Real Deal" is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Kichiro Nakahara takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks "The Real Deal" to hit him harder. Matthew Bailey attempts to press in on Nakahara but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Bailey weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. Round 3 is over.
