Round 1 "The Jidmeister" circles Rob, landing jabs and crosses at will. Clyde Martin fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Patterson. Martin connects with a stiff knee to the chin. "Teshore" is dazed on the mat. Martin lays into "Teshores" thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. "Teshore" does so. Rob Patterson shuffles away from Martins strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Clyde backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Martin fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Rob. "The Jidmeister" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Patterson lands a knee to the chest of "The Jidmeister", putting them both off balance and to the floor. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Clyde Martin lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Patterson. Rob Patterson locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Martin. Clyde Martin drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Patterson backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Patterson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Clyde. Rob connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Clyde is dazed on the mat. As Clyde Martin attempts to keep Rob in front of him, Rob grabs Martins ankle and viciously lays into his thigh with multiple kicks. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Rob eats a stiff kick to the face. Martin fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Patterson. Rob drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Clyde sets a guillotine choke but Rob slips out at the last moment. Rob is now caught in guard. Martin attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Rob Patterson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Clyde. Clyde connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Patterson is dazed on the mat. Martin lays into "Teshore" with some stomps. "Teshore" can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
