Round 1 Maurice lands a double jab. Stevenson lands a double jab. A wild hook from Maurice is ducked by Isao Miki who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Isao Miki gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Maurice peppers Isao Miki with several shots to the face. Isao tripods up, causing Maurice Stevenson to fall forward. As Maurice Stevenson tries to scramble up Isao lands a lunging hook, putting Maurice Stevenson on the ground stunned. Isao takes Maurices guard. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 A wild hook from Isao is ducked by Maurice Stevenson who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Stevenson wraps around Isao Mikis waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control Stevenson lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Miki gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Maurice Stevenson tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Isao tries to stand up but Maurice Stevenson plants him back down with several strikes. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Maurice Stevenson begins to clinch with Miki, but Miki presses out of it burning up quite a bit of energy. Stevenson locks around the waist of Isao. He sneaks his foot behind Isaos and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Maurice lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Isao Miki gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Maurice Stevenson peppers Isao with several shots to the face. Maurice Stevenson is working a furious pace on Isao Miki, intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Round 3 is finished.
