Round 1 McConomy shoots in on Gerhardt who sprawls well and lands multiple outside strikes. McConomy gives up on the shot and rolls to his guard. Bauer isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but McConomy lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Bauer to release. Gerhardt Bauer is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. McConomy tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from Gerhardt Bauer that puts him on the floor. Gerhardt Bauer pounces with some severe ground and pound forcing the ref to stop the fight.
