That's good. Considering your experience, your camp has looked real strong and has produced some really good fighters. You're a lot further along than I was.
Most guys find it easiest to pick a camp style and train all the guys in the camp the same. My camp uses 8 pts, Chop Down, and Fast Feet primarily, so we train all the striking stats: Muay Thai, Martial Arts, Footwork, Speed, and Power. I think the best advice I can give is to think about what direction you want your camp to go in and get everyone on the same page, because it'll be easier to build and train ratings if you have guys with high ratings in key areas.
