Most important thing in the game is Weight and Hiddens. They are what will make your fighter go the furthest, stats and match-ups are a secondary. The trick is not to get too attached to your fighters and knowing when to retire them. IMO that guy should be cut, get another potential candidate in your camp. Just make sure if he has any good stats your camp needs to spar them off to your main guys first.
