Round 1 Nejem turns slightly and fires an upward elbow rocking Choshi. "The Saad Saad Man" sends Choshi to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Koji Choshi dodges some ground strikes from Nejem, and sends a few back of his own. "Run for Cover" attempts to lock in an armbar from the guard. "The Saad Saad Man" narrowly avoids it, but allows for "Run for Cover" to take mount. Nejem attempts to escape mount but has no luck. "Run for Cover" secures his position. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 The fighters circle each other. Choshi connects with a series of punches forcing Saad into a clinch. "Run for Cover" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Saad sets a guillotine choke but "Run for Cover" slips out at the last moment. "Run for Cover" is now caught in guard. Saad attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Saad grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that puts Koji Choshi on the floor. Nejem drops a powerful fist onto Choshi. Kojis eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
