Fugunaga performs and axe kick but Jon catches the leg as it comes down. Jon drives forward taking Fugunaga down to the ground. Jon Allen pushes down Kazuki Fugunagas leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Kazuki tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Kazuki Fugunaga hits an upward elbow on Jon Allen, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Jon Allen takes side control. Jon lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Kazuki is caught in side control. "The Man" waits for the proper moment and locks an arm triangle. Kazuki beings to struggle, but the hold is too tight and he taps.
