Round 1
"General Flagg" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. "General Flagg" is staggered by a jab to the chin. "The Crow " keeps "General Flagg" at a distance with some well timed jabs. Matthew Lee eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "The Crow ". Isaac Gramont throws a cross that easily dodged by Matthew. Gramont takes down Lee, but remains standing over him. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Matthew fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Isaac. Gramont places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Isaac decides to abandon the clinch by pulling guard and bringing Matthew with him. Lee tries to pass guard but Isaac stops him with a well timed punch. Gramont attempts an armbar from the bottom, but Matthew slips out at the last moment. Matthew drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Isaac Gramont attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Lee is staggered by a jab to the chin. Isaac Gramont stuffs a shot from Matthew and hits him with an outside body shot. Matthew gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Isaac attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Lee slips out of it at the last moment. A kimura attempt is defended well by Isaac Gramont and he is able to sneak his leg through "General Flaggs" loose guard, to half guard. Matthew tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Gramont slams his knee into Lees ribs. Isaac Gramont is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Round 3 is finished.
