Round 1 Spencer attempts a lazy shot, which Maurice sprawls, eventually taking Spencer back. Stevenson slides off to the side of Gerard Spencer and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Stevenson switches back to full back control. Spencer starts to wiggle out of back control, Maurice Stevenson lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Gerard Spencer shoots but Maurice stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Maurice Stevenson slides his knee across the body of Spencer and takes full mount. Spencer attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Maurice maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Maurice Stevenson catches a leg kick from Spencer, and puts him on the mat. Maurice Stevenson pulls out of the guard of Gerard, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Gerard. Gerard starts to create some distance with his legs, Maurice Stevenson capitalizes by passing to side control. Stevenson lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Stevenson slides his knee across the body of Gerard Spencer and takes full mount. Gerard Spencer attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Maurice Stevenson maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Maurice grabs for a clinch but Gerard grazes him with an uppercut. Maurice staggers back, then surprises Gerard with a powerful superman punch. Gerard Spencer narrowly dodges a cross from Maurice Stevenson, but falls catching him in his guard. Spencer is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Stevenson. Stevenson attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Gerard Spencer takes the chance to switch Stevenson over to mount him. Gerard secures his position. Stevenson pulls Gerard close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Stevenson plows through Spencer with a driving double leg takedown. Maurice drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Maurice Stevenson drops some elbows from guard, giving him a brief moment to switch over to side control. Maurice lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Stevenson slides his knee across the body of Spencer and takes full mount. Stevenson secures his position. Gerard Spencer gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 4 is over.
