Round 1
Charlie connects with a strong right hook. Charlie Parker gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Parker carefully protects himself from Days strikes. Parker slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. "Bit Me Peter" circles Day, mixing jabs and leg kicks. "Vegas Valentines" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Day attempts a lazy shot, which Charlie Parker sprawls, eventually taking Day back. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Charlie Parker throws a cross that easily dodged by Vincent Day. "Bit Me Peter" loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by "Vegas Valentines" for the mistake. "Vegas Valentines" has side control. Vincent Day attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from "Bit Me Peter" for his troubles. Day drops some good elbows to the face of Parker forcing him to give up his back. Vincent is working a furious pace on Parker, intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Parker tripods up, causing Day to fall forward. A scramble ensues and Parker is able to take half guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Charlie snaps back the head of Day with a stiff jab. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Charlie works "Vegas Valentines" into the cage from the clinch. Charlie presses his head under "Vegas Valentiness" chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Vincent Day works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Charlie Parker takes Days back standing. Vincent Day isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Charlie Parker lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Vincent Day to release. Charlie keeps Day at a distance with some well timed jabs. The fighters circle each other. "Bit Me Peter" narrowly dodges a cross from Day, but falls catching him in his guard. The bell signals the end of round 3.
