Round 1 "Silk Pajamas" lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. "Ninja" connects with a hard jab as Alex attempts a wide outside hook. A jab from "Silk Pajamas" is blocked and a cross is returned by "Ninja". Both fighters begin to exchange Nelson catches Fernandez with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Fernandez gather himself. Fernandez says he is ok and the fight continues. Alex Fernandez hits an uppercut to the head of Kyle followed by a hard hook. The fighters circle each other. Kyle connects with jab cross combination. "Silk Pajamas" lands a double jab. A left high kick from Kyle keeps Alex at bay. Kyle Nelson misses with an axe kick that has Fernandez back up. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Alex Fernandez connects with a hard punch making Kyle Nelson bring him in to a tight clinch. Nelson lands some solid knees to the legs of Alex from the clinch. "Ninja" takes Alexs back standing. Fernandez isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but "Ninja" lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Fernandez to release. Nelson strikes with a straight front kick. Kyle Nelson throws a kick to the midsection of Alex Fernandez. Kyle shuffles away from "Silk Pajamass" strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. "Silk Pajamas" backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Nelson connects with a hard jab as "Silk Pajamas" attempts a wide outside hook. "Silk Pajamas" wraps around Nelsons waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control Fernandez attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Kyle for his troubles. Fernandez drops some good elbows to the face of Kyle Nelson forcing him to give up his back. Kyle carefully protects himself from "Silk Pajamass" strikes. Alex slides off to the side of "Ninja" and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Alex switches back to full back control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
