Round 1 Jesus narrowly dodges a cross from Bell, but falls catching him in his guard. Sammy pushes down Jesuss leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Marquez holds the head of Bell close to avoid shots. Bell slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Marquez hits an upward elbow on Sammy Bell, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Sammy Bell takes side control. Marquez almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Jesus tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. Marquez tries to scramble out of half guard, but Bell takes his back during it. Marquez tries to explode out the backdoor but Sammy sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Marquez falls flat to protect himself. Bell lands one solid shot the chin. Jesus goes limp and it's over.
