Round 1 Mullins circles Miranda, landing jabs at will. "Pow Power" connects with a hard jab as Mullins attempts a wide outside hook. AJ connects with a hard punch making Miranda bring him in to a tight clinch. Charito Miranda drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. AJ Mullins sets a guillotine choke but Charito Miranda slips out at the last moment. Charito Miranda is now caught in guard. AJ Mullins attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. AJ Mullins connects with jab cross combination. Mullins throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Charito Miranda is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Round 2 AJ Mullins is hit with two hard punches to his face. AJ Mullins laughs off the punches. Charito narrowly dodges a cross from AJ, but falls catching him in his guard. "Pow Power" begins to posture on his side. Mullins lands a couple of outside hooks and "Pow Power" returns to the guard. AJ Mullins pushes down Mirandas leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. "Pow Power" attempts to get to full guard but in the process gives up mount. Miranda gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Miranda starts to wiggle out of back control, AJ lets him escape putting them both on their feet. AJ Mullins connects with numerous jabs to the face of Charito. AJ Mullins hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Charito. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 AJ Mullins circles "Pow Power", landing jabs and crosses at will. Miranda takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. AJ circles "Pow Power", landing jabs and crosses at will. AJ circles "Pow Power", landing jabs and crosses at will. A shot attempt from Charito Miranda is sidestepped by Mullins who counters with a hard spear of his own. Mullins throws an outside hook that lands flush allowing him to stand up to tower over Charito Miranda. The round comes to an end.
