Round 1 "Kurt Angle" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Benjamin. Galdur connects with a hard punch making Moore bring him in to a tight clinch. Benjamin Moore drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Galdur sets a guillotine choke but Benjamin Moore slips out at the last moment. Benjamin Moore is now caught in guard. Moore sits up in Galdur Olvirssons open guard and spins to an leg lock. Galdur Olvirsson is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Moore narrowly dodges a cross from "Kurt Angle", but falls catching him in his guard. Benjamin dodges some ground strikes from "Kurt Angle", and sends a few back of his own. Benjamin goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Galdur slips out at the last second. "Kurt Angle" attempts a combination of strikes but Moore catches a punch and moves for an armbar. "Kurt Angle" defends but Moore sets a short armbar. "Kurt Angle" is forced to tap.
