Round 1 Devin starts to put on the pressure, forcing Richie Dennis back into the cage. Devin takes advantage and clinches. Two short elbows from the clinch put Richie Dennis off balance. "Twinning" holds him up, landing two more quick elbows. Richie Dennis takes Crosss back standing. Devin Cross isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Richie Dennis lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Devin Cross to release. Dennis connects with numerous jabs to the face of Cross. Devin starts to put on the pressure, forcing "Afro Lightning" back into the cage. Devin takes advantage and clinches. Devin pushes Dennis into the cage. Dennis works a whizzer and attempts to turn Devin but Devin illegally grabs the cage for leverage. The referee is not in postition to see it. "Afro Lightning" works Devin Cross into the cage from the clinch. "Afro Lightning" presses his head under Devins chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Dennis drops for a shot, but "Twinning" counters with a shattering knee to the chin. Dennis is out like a light.
