Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Osipov lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Osipov to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Julio attempts to drop a fist on Zivon Osipov, but misses and lands in his guard. Osipov shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Zivon Osipov is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Leon. Leon drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Osipov sinks a kimura fromt he bottom but cannot finish. He rolls "no 9" over to gain mount but "no 9" is able to achieve half guard with a great scramble. Osipov releases the kimura. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "no 9" lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. "no 9" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Zivon hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Zivon throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Leon. Julio Leon grabs for a clinch but Zivon Osipov grazes him with an uppercut. Julio Leon staggers back, then surprises Zivon Osipov with a powerful superman punch. "no 9" snaps back the head of Zivon with a stiff jab. "no 9" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Zivon Osipov is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Zivon Osipov throws a cross that easily dodged by "no 9". The bell signals the end of round 3.
