Round 1
Joselio lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Joselio lands a hook to the body. Golias dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Melnikov. Lukyan Melnikov is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Lukyan Melnikov parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. "Andrei Arlovski" parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Melnikov parries Joselios jab and connect with a cross. "Andrei Arlovski" dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Joselio. Joselio Golias eats a stiff kick to the face. Golias fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Lukyan. Lukyan is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. A strong elbow forces Joselio Golias to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Lukyan Melnikov dances around Joselio Goliass legs and lands a powerful soccer kick to the head. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
The fighters circle each other. Joselio fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Lukyan. Golias drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Lukyan Melnikov sets a guillotine choke but Golias slips out at the last moment. Golias is now caught in guard. Lukyan Melnikov attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Joselio connects with a series of punches forcing Melnikov into a clinch. "Andrei Arlovski" connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Joselio Golias is dazed on the mat. As Golias attempts to keep "Andrei Arlovski" in front of him, "Andrei Arlovski" grabs Goliass ankle and viciously lays into his thigh with multiple kicks. Round 3 is finished.
